3) Screening of Resumes & Scheduling Interviews
4) Reference Check of candidate
5) Documentation in relation to hiring
6) Designing compensation package
7) Contractor Management for Blue collared Hiring
B) JOINING/INDUCTION PROCESS
1) Joining Documentation
2) Designing & distribution of Welcome kit
3) Designing Employee Handbook & Induction program
4) Distribution of roles and responsibilities to new joinees
5) Employee Contract (NDAs) 6) Salary Account Opening, Mobile, Sim card, ID Card
C) RULES & REGULATIONS:
1) Designing Rules/Regulations/Org Chart/Policies for HO/Factory and periodic Review
D) TRAINING:
1) Identification of training needs
2) Preparation of Training calendar as per Training Plan
3) New Joinee Induction Training
4) Post Training feedback & Measurement of training effectiveness
5) Designing Training Program- Skill Trainings, Training Related to New Developments, Training Related to CAPA etc.
E) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
1) Carrying out performance evaluation as per prescribed criteria on monthly basis as per KPIs
2) Yearly Performance review of Staff for Increment Process.
F) EMPLOYEE ENGAGMENT:
1) Star Employee Of the month

1) Designing of Attendance & Leave policy
2) Management of Biometric Attendance Machine Data
I) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATIONS:
1) Wage Salary & designing of Incentive plans
2) Designing of referral plans
3) Designing of conveyance structure for employee
J) EMPLOYEE SAFETY & WELFARE:
1) PF/ESIC/PT/Gratuity Compliances
2) Employee Medical Insurance/Check up/Life Insurance
3) Fire Safety training program
K) REWARDS & RECOGNITION:
1) Designing reward & recognition program
2) Conduction of R & R program on quarterly basis
3) Promotion Management
L) EXIT FORMALITIES:
1) End to end exit process
2) Handover Process
3) Notice period recovery(If any)
M)FACTORY RELATED:
1) Employee/Worker Grievance/Concerns Management
2) Manager HR Documentation as per ISO Standards
3) Responsible for Employee & Site Safety Planning/Training/Issues.
4) Manage General Admin Work of for Factory/HO-Vendor Coordination/AMC for PC, AC, CCTV/Visuals/5S/Fire Safety/Site improvements/Photo-shoot, Video Shoot/Rent Agreements/Factory Licenses/Shop Establishment/ G-Suite/Vodafone/Internet.
